Join WIDELab – Your Future, Our Shared Mission

At WIDELab, we focus on cutting-edge research in Artificial Intelligence, Web Mining, Information Retrieval, and Natural Language Processing. Our team comprises students from AI and CS departments, including diverse nationalities like Taiwan, Vietnam, India, Pakistan, and Indonesia, showcasing our international diversity.

We are looking for students who are passionate about innovation, enjoy programming, confident, happy, and willing to collaborate with others, and who have an open-minded attitude.

• Undergraduate Students: We encourage groups of four students to explore topics related to WIDELab’s research areas. Even if you are new to these fields, we welcome your participation and learning.
• Master’s Students: If you are passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Web Mining, Information Retrieval, and Natural Language Processing, and have proficiency in Unix/Linux environments, along with C/C++/Python programming skills, WIDELab is your ideal choice. We engage in projects from the Ministry of Science and Technology and collaborate with the industry, focusing on developing practical skills.
• Ph.D. Students: We warmly welcome Taiwanese and international students interested in Artificial Intelligence, Web Mining, Information Retrieval, and Natural Language Processing. Here, you will have the opportunity to participate in world-class research projects.
